(8-week program) 

As a mom, you shoulder the emotional weight of many. But remember, you don't have to face your losses alone. It’s imperative to process your grief and loss so that you can not only show up for yourself, but for your family as well. It's okay to face those lingering emotions that might still be bothering you or triggered by parenting.

You don’t need to do this alone.

I work with two types of moms:



Moms who currently:


  • feel as if they are drowning in all things baby
  • have negative feelings towards spouse/partner & increased disagreements
  • don't love every second of being a mom (like they thought they would)
  • struggle with  their new identity 
  • grieving their old life (sleep, where are you?)
  • managing the constant opposing emotions
  • didn't have the birthing experience they hoped for
  • coming to terms with the emotions around giving birth during a global pandemic
